This is the first post on the new site. I wanted somewhere to write that wasn't a feed and wasn't a deck. So here it is.
Why a blog, in 2026
Most of my thinking happens out loud, in calls and workshops and the back-and-forth with founders. A lot of it is worth pinning down somewhere it can be found again. That is what this is for.
I plan to write about three things, mostly:
- What I'm learning building Gemoniq.
- What I see working (and not working) for the marketing teams I consult with.
- The small experiments I run on my own sauna business, where I do the AI marketing work myself.
Strategy before the tools. That is the line, and it is also the order.
What you will not find
No "10x your funnel" posts. No "the future of marketing is" essays. No hype. If a post here makes a claim, it will name the thing it is talking about and, where possible, a number.
